Yes, our marquees are built to withstand various weather conditions from summer heat to winter chill. With appropriate heating options we can provide a comfortable environment for event regardless of the season.

Espree Marquees can only be pitched on grass.

Our Pagodas and Frame tents however, can be pitched on grass or hardstanding.

As long as the area is flat and has enough space for setup, we can securely install it. If your unsure whether your location is suitable, we're happy to advise. You can also send us some photos or even a video of the area.

Generally we require at least half a metre each side of the marquee to secure our guylines / straps.

Yes if you want to use lights or heating for your event, you will need a source of electricity.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, but we will try our best to accommodate last minute bookings.

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the event, we will refund your deposit in full.
If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before the event, we will retain the full rental fee.
If we are unable to provide the services agreed upon due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund your deposit in full.
